Not much knowledge of AMD, but my general rule is under $1.2k go AMD. Otherwise go Intel. Shipping for everything is generally ~$50-$100.

I know ASUS and EVGA are both great brands to go by. This is just a quick throw together to give you an idea of what you can get for your budget. Maybe you can tinker with it to more suit your needs, but this is a fairly solid build that should play any of the games you listed on max settings. I had an AMD 6300 with a worse GPU and ran D3/WoW/LoL max settings 60+ FPS. So, you should be fine, but like I said. Tinker with it to more suit your needs, if need be.
