Out on my oil Rig right now going to buy when i get home, since we are north of Alaska i guess i get Canada prices, but thats fine.

My real question is since the 6700k has 16 pci lanes can i run 2x 980 ti and a PCI SSD? And am i bottle necked anywhere?

There shouldn't be a bottleneck. What do you have for peripherals (mouse, keyboard, monitor(s))?
You may want to read about occupied PCI lanes with your motherboard. Some motherboards disable a SATA/M.2 port when a PCI lane is occupied, and vice-versa.

You'll be fine running sli 980 ti's & a pci-e ssd.

If you're worried about adding stuff in the future, You could always get a motherboard with a PLX chip which adds more pci-e lanes.

Skylake has 16~, Z170 chipset has like 24~ built in.
