Any1 know of some keyboards with the following?

Full control of LEDS
Something with a USB port to plug a mouse into?

Some of you may know my setup which is...

I play casually in my living room on a 60'' Sony TV with my tower about 10' in the air on my entertainment stand. So obviously the less cords running across the room the better.
I'm fine with plugging the keyboard into the tower but I would like a USB port for the mouse if possible.

I can get the Corsair K70 for free off a retail site but I can't pull any info about USB ports.

Yea I had a ducky before but for what I need it's overkill. Lol I don't play pc games enough to warrant it.

Well then for finding out which keyboards have a USB mouse port, you'll have to check each keyboards manufacturer's web site. :/

Warning: I don't think running a mouse FROM your keyboard is a good idea. There are situations where doing so, might make you unable to boot your comp.




I know I've had situations where one or the other (keyboard or mouse) was NOT available at reboot...like during some BSOD's. If they are wired together, thru the keyboard, you may find yourself in a situation where neither will work.
I consider mouse and keyboard wired separately, a GOOD thing. Sort of a safety valve, so you at least have one or the other available.

I order the k70 because it's free and I'll pick up a wireless mouse.
