Im trying to buy a gaming computer, but Im not an expert in this subject so I come for your help.

I have two budgets, one would be $500 and the other $1000 (or more if in needs to be).

If someone can try to explain the difference of the ADM and Intel and which one would be better for the gaming PC and specs of the following that would be required

processor
motherboard
memory ram
monitor
hard disk
case
video card
stabilizer

I would like the $500 computer to be able to run games such as dota, lol, hots, diablo 3, warcraft, and all the other pc games.
As for the $1000 computer I would like to run most pc games and also ps3 and ps4 games on the computer.

Thank you, if you need more informaton feel free to ask.

AMD chips are just lower performing, less expensive chips. an Fx 6300 is a great budget processor. Intel's best budget offering is the G3258, which is a 2 core processor.

There isn't really an AMD competition after that. The 8320 processor is basically the same as the Fx 6300 with 2 more cores, which isn't any more helpful for gaming, so thats where the I5 is going to come in, as the higher performing chip.
Don't be fooled by fan boys, while the intel processor is definitely better, its not worth the money if you don't already have a really great Graphics Processor/Video card, as that is the most important for gaming.

Also, for the last item you have, what is a stabilizer?
