Do you have any specific preferred components?: no
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: no
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: not overclocking so stock cooling should be fine right?
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: monitor is a definite need, possibly one of the cheapest mechanical keyboards if it doesn't affect the build much
