i am looking to change my 1200mm exhaust fan since it is so damn loud!! i am looking to buy something a lot quieter, what are your opinions?

Get a fan controller, So it's not running at 100% the whole time.

i have one but even when i set it to minimum its still really loud.

i have also recently cleaned it its now a bit quiter before but still annoying
