So my buddy is looking to buy a desktop or build one which is in his own words "I want to game and video produce at a level above the common xbox one or ps4".
I was wondering if my computer would be able to game with almost all if not all games out right now as well as edit videos and produce videos.

I always ask opinions about my computer and most say its a good computer and just needs an upgrade to a better video card and obviously he'd want another hard drive for storage.

My Build:

MSI P67A-G43 (B3) P67 ATX LGA1155 DDR3 2PCI-E16 3PCI-E 2PCI CrossFireX SATA3 USB3 Motherboard
TP-Link TL-WN951N Wireless N Triple Antenna Network Adapter Card 802.11B/G/N 2.4GHZ MIMO PCI
Antec Basiq BP550 Plus 550W 24PIN ATX 12V V2.2 80PLUS Modular Active PFC Power Supply
8 Gb Ram - 2x 4gb 1600 gskill sticks
Samsung 120gb ssd
Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus Direct Touch 4 Heatpipe Heatsink AM2 AM3 LGA1366 LGA1155 LGA1156 120mm
Coolermaster Haf 912 Black Mid Tower ATX Case 4X5.25 1X3.5 6X3.5INT No PS Front USB Sound
Nvidia GTX 560
Intel Core i5 2400 Quad Core Processor LGA1155 3.1GHZ Sandy Bridge 6MB

Let me know if my computer is good for his needs and what needs upgrading if anything.
His budget is $700.00 canadian.

Also if you can, let me know a price estimate of what my computer is worth since I know I paid around $900 but already upgraded to the 8 gb ram instead of 4gb, upgraded from a hdd to a ssd and upgraded the video card.

Let me know if you need any more information.

Thanks in advance for your opinions. Any and all opinions will be appreciated.

Thanks!

I think your computer is probably worth around 400-500 at this point since alot of the parts are dated, dont quote me on this though

does he want to buy your computer or something?

Thanks!

He's asking me to pick out some parts to build a computer for him so I was gonna say that I'd sell him mine if its in his budget and it can be used for what he wants to do with it.
I have a bigger budget so I could make myself a nice newer comp. Trying to get him a good deal within his budget cause I was hoping I could sell him my computer then all he would need is a new video card and an extra hard drive.

Pretty much seeing what his options are.
