trying to help my friend put together a budget gaming pc

he seems to be pretty interested in this used one he found, comes with receipts + original boxes for the components

fx 6300 3.5 ghz 6 core amd processor
msi 970a g43 am3+ mobo
1 tb seagate hdd
asus r9 270x gpu
evga 500w 80+ PSU
corsair vengeance 2 x 4 gb ram
tesseract case

can probably get it for $600 CAD

i think it looks alright for that price but i'd like a few opinions

what kind of games does he play?

o yea forgot to mention, nothing too crazy

he really wants to play the new cities, skyline games and sim city

he also mentioned gta v but i told him with this rig he might have some troubles at higher settings
