I've got about $100 to throw into my computer. Trying to upgrade something if possible. Looking for the best performance boost. I play League and CS:GO. I'm running windows vista with 4gb of ram. I have a disk to install Windows 7, but I don't have a keyboard that will work in my BIOS so I'm kinda screwed.

Your missing the point.
upgrading that would be like investing into an education at the age of 80.
