Looking to build a custom pc for a friend, her budget is 2-300, don't need monitor, mouse, or keyboard, or os. Also dont need hdd/ssd.

She plays small resource games that run on a 2 gb ram e-machine atm, aswell as candy crush / cookie jam. Otherwise it's just used for networking in general.

Preferred on board graphics via gpu or mb to save money + nn something fancy :p

$200 without an operating system. not bad

another option is to use a tablet. the 2013 nexus 7 16gb starts at $150

Doesn't really get better than this within budget.

I would hit that.

Nice!

It says on this site though, Fractal Design Core 1000 USB 3.0 MicroATX Mid Tower Case has front panel USB 3.0 ports, but the MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard does not have onboard USB 3.0 headers.

That being said, I assume that means USB 3.0 in front won't work on this MOBO, can they still plugin to the MOBO and act as 2.0?
