and what i want from you is just could you check that what i choose (the list below) can work together and compatible?




Gigabyte GA-Z97X-GAMING 3 motherboard
Intel Core i7-4790K processor
Kingston 2x4GB DDR3 1866MHz HyperX Fury Red HX318C10FRK2/8 memory << ik compatible might upgrade it later for 16gb but im ok with 8gb atm
Gigabyte GTX960 4GB GDDR5 GV-N960G1 GAMING-4GD << VGA
Kingston 120GB HyperX Savage SHSS37A/120G SSD << ik compatible :P xD
Chieftec 500W CTG-500-80P OEM << powerstuff
Cooler Master K380 RC-K380-KWN1<< computer case or whatever is it :p

So what do you think?


e: the title would be gaming rig right but ... im tired :D

if your rig is just for gaming some changes.

change the i7 4790k for an i5 4690k - the money you would save can net you a GTX 970 over the 960. (well in the UK it does pretty much)
definitely agree with urbanshaft do not touch that PSU get a proper brand such as a corsair that is gold rated it is pretty much the most important part not to go cheap on because if a cheap PSU fucks up it can take all the components with it.

this psu is tursted in my country so it will be fine

well its for graphics design and 3d modelling and gaming and maybe streaming

+ 1 year warranty on it so if psu will fck my system under 1 year i will change it for sure but as i said it's trusted there

Actually that PSU is pretty decent, The reason no one here has heard of the brand, is they're mostly an overseas brand. For example, The one he posted is ONLY 230v input & is rated about the same as 80+bronze.




I suggest getting a skylake CPU, They're about the same price as the 4690k & come with a few better/new mobo features.
