My younger cousin is looking for advice about a tower he wants to build. He's only going to use it for gaming and wants biggest bang for his buck ofc what kind of equipment are we looking at with a 700$ budget?

Greatly appreciate any input :)

Do you want an actual build with prices or are you looking to just gather ideas?
If build with prices, when is he purchasing?

Technically you come out at 640 [700 before rebates] which could give you money for other things, if you dont mind having money tied up for 2 months.
