Currently i got these parts:

NVIDIA GeForce gtx 580
1 GB SSD (kingston)
16G RAM
Intel core i7-2600K CPU @ 3.4GHz

and my internet is 85~ Mbit/s down and 70~ MBit/s up

MY stream always lags out, buffering every 10 seconds. Anyone knows what the problem is?

Drop your stream down to 720p... you are only getting 720p max output on most stream sites anyways....

You also have an old GPU with very low memory... time to upgrade that gpu.

You are Rocking the 580.. when the 980 is out.

He is streaming at 720p

Ideally, max and buffer bitrate should be the same. Buffer should never be more than max. Change both to 3500
Change your fps to 24.
What are your encoding settings?
What is you're cpu preset set to? (Advanced tab in settings)
