Yeah I will only need 1 monitor actually and it will be part of the budget. I won't need a sound card either.

i think you should be able to get a 4k ips 60hz monitor with a 4670k i5 and gtx 970 with that budget. after those three things you should have 500 bucks left for HDD, Case, OS, motherboard, 8gb ram. try pc partpicker.com and play around
