Budget: under 500 euro (less the better)
country: Ireland ( please pick parts from amazon.co.uk , dabs.ie and maybe pixmania (If you just post a partpicker build it would be nicer))
Intended use: CS:GO, Diablo 3, Legue of Legends, light photoshop use, web browsing. (games can run on lowest quality, as long as there is 60+fps)
Resolution: 1920x1080
wifi card needed: yes, a crap one will do
care about upgradebility: not whatsoever
will overcock?: yep, like a motherfucker
Monitor and other peripherals needed? : nope

Need to sell it in a few months too, when I get more money to build a better rig for collage so please pick something that would appeal to people buying so I can actually sell it someday.
Thanks for all the help (if I actually get any :( ) , I'll really appreciate it!

Problem with this is that getting an "Overclock like a m-f'er" build under €500 is a very tight stretch, especially if you're wanting to consider resale value.

This is the best I can come up with (price is in Pounds, due to merchant selection, but €500 = about £360):

Sorry!
Here how does this look?

I did as Newkid said, but stuck with just an intel build this time.
