I already have tower + DDR4 Ram as well as 1000W PSU... Any suggestions or will this be fine for a while

If you can wait 3 or 4 months, Skylake processors will be out.

No way . Gpu gtx 970 runs amazing .

When Skylake comes out, you should be able to spend relatively the same amount in total (maybe $75 more) and get a 980ti instead of a 970. This is, of course, assuming retail prices on MoBo's and CPU's will be about the same as they were when Haswell released.

thanks for info i deff will wait. I have a 2k budget . After doing research on skylake it defiantly worth the wait. Just hoping the NEW mobo that support it will also have ((M.2 HDD SSD)) That boot speed on these new HD = 5 second on my best friend current pc... Fingered crossed on prices not being throughout the roof for the new MOBO + Skylake CPU

Gen3 4x m.2 is the fastest on the market and will be till 2017
