Been having some frustrating issues, especially with Streaming MOBAS and playing expansive games like Rome Total War / Skyrim

would be purchasing in july ish, if there are any good releases of hardware coming out soon feel free to let me know

Current Setup

i5 2500k Overclocked to 3.7 with a hyper 212+

MSI Z77A-G45

Patriot Viper 3 8GB DDR3 1600

Samsung Evo 840 120 GB SSD x 2 ( i dont need or use standard storage in my pc, this isn't a multimedia unit )

Corsair HX 750 Gold modular psu

msi twin frozr 7970 GPU

Case is irrelevant as I definitely want a new one either way

Intel Skylake is supposed to come out Q3/Q4 of this year. The 2500k is just now starting to become a bottleneck. You should be able to push it up to 4.2-4.5 gHz easily. New GPUs should be out by the time you want to buy something in July. Your 7970 is basically a 280x which isn't a terrible card and should run what you're trying to play fine.

Monitor your CPU and GPU usage while playing games. Also, try to keep an eye on your RAM usage too. If your RAM caps out, think about increasing from 8 GB to 16 GB of RAM. RAM shouldn't be an issue if you're just trying to stream MOBA's, but it can't hurt to check.

you shouldn't have any issues streaming unless your settings are wrong.

11 up isn't that great, you should cap yourself at 1mb upload only at your streaming software

11up is more than enough to stream your gameplay.
5mb upload speed is like the absolute minimum for quality streaming.
OC your cpu way higher, take advantage of it
manage your cables to reduce heat
disable a lot of unused processes, and startup

Ram and CPU ?

Your RAM is fine, you should be able to get your CPU to 4.4Ghz, w/o much effort, just watch the temps and the CPU voltage.
