On the market?

Price - $200
Preferred Size - 11'6"
Preferred Color - White

The reason I want this is so that I can be able to play runescape on highest settings.

The Only Games I will Be playing on it is D2 & Runescape.

You can get a laptop/tablet that will runescape just fine at highest settings with even less ram than 4gb.

Not sure why you think 4gb is the minimum requirement to max a browser game.

Maybe it would be nice to have at least 4gb's of ram on a win 8 pc?

I wouldn't go with a Chromebook.

You could also wait for an older model refurbished (Sandy bridge i5) laptop to go on sale, I see them for ~$200 often, it would be the best option.

Yeah, that was me. I read some system requirements last night for RunescapeHD and saw that it recommended more than 2GB. However, I was extremely tired since it was late and forgot to take into account the resolution he'd be playing at with an 11.6" laptop running integrated graphics. But yeah, it would actually be fine to play with 2GB.

Yeah OP id get something like this, id steer clear of a chromebook.
Or just try ebay
Last year I bought a laptop for 300$ shipping included, it was MINT..still had all the bloatware, it was like brand new

Has an i5 4200u, 1tb hdd, 6gb ram, 15.6" display
I use it to play D3 which in windowmode plays at a stable 35-45 fps with max settings minus AA and medium shadows
