Zotac 580x 3gig GPU
2x 4 gig dominator corsair Ram
1T caviar black wd HDD
random dvd burner
Corsair h70 L/C

anyway at the time in 2011 when i purchased all this cost me about 2200$

i have 2 request

in this day how much would all that cost

and a new build budget 1000-1500

Well, I doubt you have a 2000W power supply, but I would just get a GTX 970 and an SSD, then OC the shyt out of that 2600K and you're good to go.

No, and you shouldn't even want to. The GTX 970 and GTX 980 are very fast low power, low heat cards.
You would sell the GTX 580 and buy the GTX 970 or GTX 980.


One GTX 970 is as fast as 2 GTX 580's anyways...and a GTX 970 can be had for approx. $350.
