Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?
wot this mean?
Stock cooling is just using the heatsink that comes with the cpu. And if you overclock that's when you squeeze more performance out of your CPU but it normally raises the temp so it's highly recommend to get a aftermarket cooler Bc the stock ones aren't ment to cool it once it's overclocked
E: really if you're building the pc now and you're not a enthusiast for squeezing the most performance out of your PC for benchmarks I would keep it stock or just put a cheap cooler on there depending on where u live if it's hot
