Check your temps

i mean, literally just built this pc
and dem FANS ARE LOUD

Well it's kind of hard to tell with all the information u gave us. If u have them directly connect to psu invest in a fan controller. If u have them hooked to mobo change them in bios. Your gpu fan u can change with a program called msi afterburner. Then the CPU fan speed can be adjusted in bios as well
E: and if u put a aftermarket heatsink on there then you're gonna wanna check your temps to make sure that the paste was applied correctly

its running at 1300 rpm
