so i have a dell inspiron 15 i got from a friend. it has literally nothing on it. windows 8.1.

what software do i need. security wise etc.

i will only be browsing the web and using a word processor. is there a decent free word processor to use. lmk what you use. havent had a computer in like 5 years.

install software you would use

use google docs as your word processor (libreoffice if you need offline capabilities), chrome as your web browser
