I'm not sure what to upgrade
My computer is

Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 3
Intel Core i5 4670K 3.4 GHz (Haswell)
Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) CL10 1600Mhz VENGEANCE
be quiet! KRAFT 700W
Corsair SSD Force LS 120GB (this could be improved obviously)
ASUS GeForce GTX970 STRIX DC2OC 4GB

Just bought the graphics card and I'm thinking maybe I should get a completely new mobo, what's your thoughts?

If you're not enjoying the mobo then change it...otherwise... up your display and/or add a 970 :D

my thought would be that you're just wasting money.
Perhaps get a 3rd party cooler, if you're using a stock cooler?

Fixa en fin cp kylare och kanske ett ordentligt chassi, venne vad du har.

Ditt mobo kommer inte göra någon skillnad i prestanda såvida du inte vill börja med överklockning, men det är inget som är värt att lägga ut pengar på

ssd is only thing that i would upgrade for myself. idk why you want to upgrade though.

Ssd is fine unless you are doing this much space management, what peripherals you currently have?
