Save up to about $1000 if you need a Monitor + Retail OS. Also, repost (or bump) in about 3-4 weeks. Sale prices change frequently so a build you can afford now may not be affordable in a month.

Then don't expect much. An os and monitor is almost 1/4 to 1/3 your budget.
