What are my best "bang for my buck" without cutting corners?

Same price. No reason to ever really buy an FX-9590; buy the i7 instead. if you already bought the 9590 then send it back. You can overclock the i7 to 4.7 gHz (or higher) and it will still generate less heat.

OK, first off, the price I paid for my AMD is significantly less than either of those. I already have an AMD setup, and do not want to get new hard drives & new OS, while I already have a 600 gig SSD, along with a standard TB.

Having said that, I think I have found a good liquid cooler.
The last thing I need from you trolls is how much wattage do I need for my power supply?
It will be used with a single Titan.

If yourr insistant, H110 GT and 750w psu. You might be fine with a 650 though. Cant check right now since im on my phone and barely have signal.
