Means Ur getting an old board with a new cpu,
So u may have to update it, or just get a z97 board.

Which osu should I get ?

Any particular reason you need the i7? For gaming, you're spending money you don't have to, for the most part.

Edit: In fact, I re-did your build, with a 4690K instead of the 4790K. Different board, CPU cooler, case, RAM, PSU, Optical, added an SSD, and came in $100 less than yours: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/qGZ3kL
