My mom is going to buy me a gaming computer for my graduation, my limit is somewhere between 500-700$, I need one that will allow me to play games like LoL/WoW/Steam Games at like medium settings? While having skype in the background running!

So can somebody help me out? I've never built one, and IDK how to even put the motherfucker together... I planned on her getting it through newegg.com premium account

e/ the closer to 500 would be nicer, the 600 and 700 is only if there is something that will EXPONENTIALLY increase gameplay\run speed etc.
e2/ maybe even streaming in the future!
