This program will give us a list of your hardware and your temperatures....with this info we can suggest a CPU upgrade....

Get SPECCY here: http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download ...get the FREE version from the: Piriform Link ...Speccy is a really nice system hardware/temperature, information Utility....simply install it...and run the program...then post a screen shot of the main page of the program, when posting a problem/question on these forums.

just save up for an entire build because:

you have a crappy 220w psu, which limits any upgrades.
if you get a stronger CPU, u'd need a new mobo
u would also need a dedicated GPU as well
if you upgrade to another APU, upgrade won't be worth it, and would need lower cas rams with higher speed

a video card and new power supply should be your first priority.

Absolutely. Simply adding a dedicated GPU will increase your gaming performance by a ton.
Do you have a budget for an upgrade? We could link you some parts. I would say 250 or so [for both] would be the ideal situation. But if you aren't prepared to spend that much then Id say you could probably get away with 200.
