Been meaning to do this for some time now my 3d card is way old think its like a hd 4100 or something

Looking to spend around $200 give or take a little

Whats the best card in this range?

as far as games i dont play much, cs cs:go, gw2, and may get a few newer games not sure yet though.

Dont necessarily run them all on max but anything but low would be great

First Choice:
As of current, Nvidia is giving away free copies of witcher 3 with purchase of any 900 series cards.
So Gtx 960 is winning this competition :]

Second Choice:
If you're totally not interested in it then an R9 280/285 is going to perform about the same for a little less. [about $165/170]
Theres also a R9 280x On sale right now and it out performs the 960 by a small margin.

Only worth it if you don't have the means of selling witcher/dont want it though, Imo.
