this is going to outperform any laptop on the market by a very large margin.
You could however lower cost by dropping graphics card/aftermarket cooler and cpu a bit if you wanted to spend even less.

It's a fine build, but the one I posted is going to have similar performance at half the cost.
You don't need to spend top dollar to get a top notch gaming rig that will last you many years.
You can always spend more on a gaming PC to make it slightly better, so why don't you post a budget of how much you want to spend, and we can craft a build tailored to how much you want to spend so you get the best bang for your dollar :)
