Also desk top. Or laptop prefer laptop cause I can use it on go unless desktop is way cheaper and better

Wasnt sure what you'd want to use 200 dollars on to fit your budget. unless you list more stuff, you don't have to spend more. I even spent some moneys on the luxury of color [all white, except graphics card, i dont know of a white 970/290] There is a white 780, but not worth.
