I'd be putting 250$ USD into skrill or paysafecard and having her order it.

It only needs to run fable and older WOW at 35-40 fps, since right now she's getting 1-2 fps. :|

What kind of pricing am I looking at here? I know for 250$ USD you can make a 4gb ram AMD build that will run wow and half life at 60 fps.
