if thats the 38xx res ultrawide, get the aoc one, same panel, better bezzel and stand :)

If i can talk you out of it, I would suggest an AMD processor build.
Going an Intel route will lower the amount you have to spend on graphics by about 100 dollars - 100 dollars that will be better spent on graphics over an intel cpu. You would see more performance by doing this.

This is of course, if you are including the cost of windows and a keyboard into your budget - about 150 dollars for both of those [and actually paying for windows/purchasing a razer keyboard].

If 240gb SSD is enough, you can simply not buy the HDD or not buy the SSD, depends on your needs.
