How do i know if the specifik cpu or graphic card will workout with my games?

it is not "will it work"

it is "how well will it work.

for gpus it is "how much am i willing to spend" and "what do i play".

cpus is either "i5 or amd equivalent" for top end.

cpus / gpus (for the most part) will load up any game, the question is how well will said parts run the game

depends on what you play, any current generation i5 is more than plenty for current games / games that will be released within the next few years or so
graphics cards are a tad more volatile, but it really depends on what you play, at what resolution you play, and what your monitor's refresh rate is (typically 60hz for the avg user)

get an i5 and a gtx 970 and you're good for a couple of years
