I can't choose between these two builds and unfortunately a 4690k build is a little out of my price range (damn Canadian prices)

BF4 is going to be your biggest resource driver, here. Honestly, considering you have a $100 price difference between the two builds, I'd split the difference between the two (price-wise), and go with the AMD build, but spend the extra $50 to get the FX8320 instead of the 6300. If you want to get into overclocking at some point, you aren't going to be able to do it with that Intel build.
