I am going to build my first gaming computer and desperately need help with which parts to buy. I know how to put it together from watching friends, videos etc but i am unsure of what to buy.

My budget is around 500-600 Max. Obviously i am not going to be able to build anything amazing but med settings are fine to me

Will pay decent fg for your time and help.

You probably don't need a sound card and if you can, it would be better for you to run an Ethernet cord for a wired Internet connection.

Wireless cards are like 15 dollars, if he wants to have one for the convenience it's not like he's breaking the budget by doing so.

the tower itself will still be 500-600 range, since he needs a OS, monitor, keyboard/mouse, wireless, + tax & canada :(

Canada is rough. You'll go over $1000 with tax with that build. You could drop to a 750ti or try to get a used 660ti from 3bay or other source. Even 270x's in Canada are over $210.
