The plan:
1x 7200 RPM HDD
4690k OC @ goal of ~4.7 (H105 cooler)
GTX 960

How much power is a safe bet?

And then how much would be safe for 2x 960's?

Finally, how much would I need to run a single 770 instead of 1-2 960's?

Thanks guys

650w+ reputable/reliable would be fine for an SLI setup like yours.

I used a Rosewill Capstone in my previous build and it was a very good PSU.

Is this a pretty nice supply? Fully modular 650W 80+ Gold for that price seems great

Don't know much about the Photon, but it's probably fine.

Well what I'm a fan of is it's enough for its purpose, it's fully modular, it's gold, and the price is really nice (76.50 after coupon? sign me up!)

Is there something about it I'm overlooking? Are they known for a particular problem?

the build quality is meh. it performs fine but the build quality isnt as good as some.

heres a cheap one. imo, you should get 750w, to be on the safe side

Capstone and Hive are the higher quality Rosewill PSU's if I'm not mistaken?

on paper the photon looks great. they tried to sell a high end power supply at a lower price bracket. of course, they had to compromise somewhere. i dont think the power supply would last long.

Id only get hive or capstone from rosewill psu. Evga PSu are always affordable if not cheaper.
