I've never built a computer before. My laptop is a little outdated so I figured it was time for a new computer. I would be willing to build one.

My budget is around 500-600$. I already have a monitor, mouse and keyboard. Keep in mind I'm not a gamer anymore. I will mainly use it for just browsing. I do watch alot of movies and shit like that though.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
I apologize if this isn't posted in the correct section as I never have posted here before

Thank you.

No need to spend that much if you aren't playing games. Hell, you could go cheaper than the link I posted, to be honest.

Thank you for your post!

Sorry, I don't much about computers. But I won't need a video card at all for watching movies?

I won't be playing games, but I do use the computer alot. So I'm looking to get as good of performance as I can get. Something fast, able to perform at its peak for an extended period of time.

Also, I do have a girlfriend and child, so just in case I, or they decide they want to play a game. I would like to leave the option open to install a video card as needed.

Thanks in advance for all help.

It comes with an onboard graphic built on processor

Good for casual gaming can always add a 120$ videocard down the line

No offense to anyone who's helped, but I'm still willing to see different opinions! Would like to explore all options before I begin this endeavor.

the build is pretty solid, i'd find my own way of getting windows however and save that money.

why, so you can waste his money on a non-gaming pc?

I am willing to spend 500 to 600$. Don't really want to spend more than that.
