I have a 550$ budget. I have absolutely nothing. Hit me with anything looking to at least play D3 if possibly. Let me know if this can work.

Zip code?

You can nickle and dime this, but you'll need to go above $550 if you need an OS, Monitor, KB, and Mouse. You can drop $15 by going with 2x2 GB of RAM instead of 2x4 and save another few dollars per part on things like the PSU, Case, getting a smaller HDD, dropping the optical drive, etc

But this is what I recommend.

Dropping the Optical Drive, getting a cheaper case and PSU, dropping the aftermarket cooler and getting the retail instead of tray CPU, and getting a 250 GB HDD instead of 1 TB HDD and you're still at $606. Better than $680, but I wouldn't recommend going that route.

Zip Code 98612

I already have a monitor so I won't be needing that or mouse and keyboard

Its nearly the best you can get with such a limited budget unless you buy some or most of the parts used.
