I am shopping for a new PC, would not be interested in building it myself. The site I would probably use is ibuypower.

Budget: Unsure
More specific use (what games, what programs): POE, League of Legends, Diablo 3, Heroes of the Storm, pretty much any new and cool RPG (not into FPS games). Possibly able to live stream?
Planned time until purchase:ASAP
Do you need an Operating System?:Yes, would prefer Window's 7, or possibly 8?
Do you have any specific preferred components?: No
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: Yes
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: I am not even knowledgeable enough to know what this means
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: I would like new monitors, and would probably prefer a dual screen setup, have a mouse, could use a new keyboard.
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): 65201

Again, I would need this computer built for me. If any of you have a better site than the one I am looking at I would definitely be interested. Are there any good builds you see on Ibuypower that I would like? Appreciate your help!

If it makes it easier, lets pretend that I will be building this myself. Really I am looking for information about how to customize a pre-built computer, so I still need to know the best parts to play the games that I want.

Don't know/are unwilling to build it yourself? Purchase some shit we recommend and pay somebody else to build it, you'll still save money and end up with a more powerful rig.

Sure, give us a budget you're comfortable with.

I would like it to be around $1000, there is a little bit of wiggle room.
