http://pcpartpicker.com/p/tPwgNGBare minimum and its at $1900. Even with an R9 295x2, you're only looking at getting ~45 FPS in UHD resolutions. You can save $40 by going with 8GB of RAM since I have no idea how much RAM Go Pro Studio even uses and don't care to look it up.
The case is kind of bad, not terrible, but not great. I picked it because it had an external 3.5" bay for the flash reader. You can eliminate this by getting an external USB card reader.

4k Gaming is just a waste at the moment. There really isn't any reason to have 4k anything at the moment since it is still so new and there aren't that many early adopters. Sure, its great for professional level photo and video producing and editing, but its a long way off from being really viable in gaming. Stick to 1440p or lower and save $1000 or more.
