what can I build around this or should I just get a new graphics card? ( and junp my budget for ~400-500?)

what I want out of the pc is to be able to play the latest games and a pc I can easily upgrade

Sell the 6670 and up your budget.

Is the 6670 a bad graphics card, I do plan on replacing it eventually but for like a year or so I was planning on keeping it

You can probably get $50. You can keep the case though, that's a fair case.
