anybody familiar with mac's that can help me out?

I bought a late 2010 macbook air 13.3' about 9 months ago and it's acting quite slow now

Current Specs:

Processor: 2.13 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory: 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Geforce 320M 256MB
Harddrive: 256gb ssd TS256C

Can possibly buy more rams or faster ssd to boost up my shit?

ssd is an ssd no matter what. nn replace.
processor is okay for a laptop
memory is a bit low, i would upgrade to 8gb and a faster speed that's compatible with the mobo.
you can't do anything about the gfx card i don't think, which is just plain bad imo -- this is your bottleneck probably.
