Currently using these

Cpu: Amd Phenom II x2 511 Callisto
Mobo: FOXCONN 2AB1
PSU: 250w Max output


I would like to get a gfx card compatible with that mobo+cpu (no bottlenecking) and an upgraded PSU to run it all.

Just buy a GTX 750, you're fine with your PSU.

There will be some bottlenecking, nothing you can do about it.
