I live in the United States and I hope to build my PC within at least a week or 2 I'm looking to spend around $2000 on it. I will be using this PC to stream to Twitch and for school work, I am currently in school to build Video games. I will possibly need a keyboard and mouse but doesn't really need to be included, I can always buy that at a later time. As for any of the items being rebate-free I would prefer not but if the parts are better then its more than welcomed. My main priority is to make sure that the PC can run multiple programs at the same time without it being bogged down. Any help or advice on the build for this beast would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

With $2000 you could build a server computer, but I'll see what I can throw together for you.
Question: Would you need a monitor? If you're going into game dev I'm sure you'd like multiple monitors to run code, test games, etc on, as that's what I also do in my programming class.

//edit
Note: I'm doing this from just one site. It'll be up to you to search for the same product for a cheaper price if you'd like.

Rig geared around AMD processor and Nivida GPU: (Yes the parts in this are extremely powerful but then again with a $2000 budget why not.)

CPU: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4904561&Sku=A79-8350
AMD 8-Core 4GHz CPU 125 Watt AM3+ Socket Type - $219.99 (18% off atm)

GPU: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=9191507&Sku=KNY-102595187
Nividia 4GB GDDR5 GPU - $599.99

RAM: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=8569738&CatId=11457
ADATA 16GB DDR3 RAM M1600MHz - $149.99 (7% off atm) <-- You can upgrade this RAM to 2133MHz if you O.C. the motherboard, but I wouldn't advise that.

HDD: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=7739052
Seagate 4TB SATA HDD - $179.99 (11$ off atm)

PSU: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1583411 (This section isn't my strong suit. This PSU may be too strong for the kit, and provide too many Watts, but this couldn't harm your system.)
850 Watt PSU, ATX PSU - $169.99 (29% off atm)

Motherboard: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2713117&CatId=7246
MSI AMD 3+ 1600MHz (2133 if O.C.) built in sound card & comes with slot for GPU

Case: Choose a case that looks good to you and I'll see if it will work with the kit. Some people like practical cases, some people like flashy.

OS: You choose. Probably should choose Windows 7 or 8, and if you want you can upgrade to 10 once it's released for free. Will still set you behind a hundred or two. You can pirate Windows but some applications don't support non-genuine copies of Windows. If you already have a Windows PC, you can RAID the hard drives and run your Windows OS from there.

Leftover: $681.04 - ??? (before taxes, if any, are applied and your choice of OS and case)

If ya want some monitors just ask.

GPU has a DVI-D, HDMI, and DisplayPort for the monitors. Can support up to four monitors, has a DVI-D to VGA converter if you want to use VGA.
