He plays World of Warcraft and League, but he might play some more intensive games.

He doesn't need an Operating System.
Id prefer an Intel CPU and Nvidia graphic card.
No need sound or wireless cards.
I don't think he will overclock
He has a monitor mouse but I don't think he has a keyboard, he'll probably get something cheap tho.
