Need SLI or Crossfire. Try not to have huge radiator cooling system as I dont want to maintain it for this customer as he has notechnical experience. Include custom fans as well.

I know how to build but I am at my current 6-3 job and I dont have the time to do every customer build request. Everyone is usually really helpful here so sometimes I rely on them.
