Ok, I'd like to revamp my htpc, I'd like a low wattage card with solid performance. It's a budget fix for my pos apu.

The 960 is really eye catching for me (plays off 1080p 60hz tv), it seems like it will do really well.

Anyone have a favorite card for something like this?

Also, I would LOVE a new case for it if some knows a nice sub $100 case that would look natural in a home theater environment. (Edit: micro atx form factor with atx psu)
