I've been trying to find information on Google for a secondary dedicated streaming PC and there isn't much information. From what I've gathered so far, all you really need is a cheap CPU and capture card? Or cheap CPU and GPU?

I have a few parts left over from my previous build I could try to utilize. I'm not 100% on this idea yet but I just want to see how much it would cost.

Is it worth building a secondary dedicated streaming PC? I mean...even with Minecraft, I drop 50+ frames when I stream. Every other game is do-able, some lag a little (especially D3 in intense fights). My PC isn't phenomenal but it's enough to play almost everything out these days. R9 280X, FX-6300, 8GB DDR3 1600, SSD/HDD, Win7 x64.

Parts I have so far:
- Case
- 650W 80+ Bronze PSU
- 4GB DDR3 1600

Looking to go as cheap as possible to maintain 720P/30FPS as that is what I stream now with this PC.

I'd rather spend less on a secondary PC to take the load off my main PC. Plus, I don't play newer games.
