More specific use (what games, what programs): not sure on what specific games, but must run most of em easy, not necessarly maxed.

No, but the stock cooler that comes with most AMD CPUs sucks.

And yes, that SSD is good.

Might tell him to go witha cheaper PSU tho, not sure he needs 750w modular, guess 500 w non modular would do

about the cpu, E is more power efficient, slower than the other right? (3.2ghz vs 3.5 and 75w vs 125w)
